This Shipping & Delivery ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of products purchased from EffortMart.com (the "Platform"), operated by EFRTMRT INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated on December 2024, with its registered address at Rausar Kothi, Sadar, Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India – 242406.

This Policy applies to all users ("you" or "User") who make purchases on the EffortMart Platform, whether the product is sold directly by EffortMart (EFRTMRT INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED) or by a third-party seller.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on 70% of our products. Some products may have shipping charges which will be clearly displayed during checkout. Free shipping is available with no minimum order value requirements for eligible products.

Shipping Coverage

We are committed to delivering your orders across India with the following coverage:

  • Pan-India Delivery: We are pleased to offer shipping services all over India. We deliver to all states and union territories within the country.
  • Pincode Serviceability: To check if delivery is available to your specific location, you can enter your pincode on the respective product page. The serviceability checker will instantly show you if we can deliver to your area.
  • No International Shipping: Currently, EffortMart does not offer international shipping. Deliveries are restricted to addresses within India only. We may consider expanding to international markets in the future.
  • Remote Areas: We strive to deliver to even the most remote locations in India. However, delivery timelines may vary for certain remote areas, and this will be reflected in the estimated delivery date shown during checkout.
Pincode Check
Always check pincode serviceability before placing your order. This ensures there are no delivery restrictions to your location. The pincode check feature is available on every product page.

Shipping Costs

At EffortMart, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Our shipping cost structure is designed to provide maximum value to our customers:

  • Free Shipping on 70% of Products: EffortMart is committed to providing a seamless experience. We offer free shipping on 70% of our products. Shipping charges may apply to some items based on size, weight, or seller location.
  • Clear Display of Charges: Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout. There are no hidden fees.
  • No Minimum Order Value: There are no minimum order value conditions for availing free shipping on eligible products.
  • Returns Shipping: In case of returns or exchanges due to product defects or wrong items, the return shipping costs are borne by EffortMart. We provide free pickup for eligible returns from your location.
  • Cash on Delivery: There are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. The price you see is the price you pay.
Price Transparency
The price displayed on the product page includes all applicable taxes. Any shipping charges will be clearly shown before checkout. What you see is what you pay!

Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, here's what happens:

  • Processing Schedule: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from the time the order is placed. This includes order verification, packaging, and handover to our logistics partner.
  • Working Days: Please note that orders are not processed on Sundays or on public holidays. Business days are Monday through Saturday.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed on the next business day (usually Monday).
  • Order Verification: For certain high-value orders or first-time orders, we may conduct a quick verification call to confirm your order details. This is for security purposes and to prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Inventory Check: If an item is out of stock after you've placed an order, our customer support team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss alternatives or arrange a refund.
Processing Status
You can check your order processing status in your account dashboard. You'll receive email/SMS notifications at each stage: Order Confirmed → Processing → Dispatched → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

We provide clear delivery timelines to help you plan accordingly:

  • Standard Delivery: For most products, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5 to 9 business days from the date of dispatch. This includes transit time and local delivery.
  • Product-Specific & Location-Specific Timelines: The exact estimated delivery date for a product to your specific pincode will be clearly displayed on the product page and at the checkout stage. This may vary based on the product category, stock availability, and your delivery location (e.g., metros vs. remote areas).
  • Express Delivery: Currently, we offer only standard shipping; no express delivery options are available. We're working on introducing faster delivery options in select cities soon.
  • Metro Cities: Deliveries to major metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad) typically take 4-7 business days from dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Deliveries to smaller cities and towns usually take 5-9 business days from dispatch.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas, hilly regions, or islands may take 8-12 business days from dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, public holidays, logistical challenges, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, we will endeavour to inform you promptly about the revised delivery schedule. EffortMart shall not be liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.

We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders:

  • Primary Partner: EffortMart primarily partners with RapidShyp for all shipping and delivery services across India. RapidShyp is known for its reliable network and tracking capabilities.
  • Multiple Partners: In some regions or for specific products, we may use other trusted logistics partners to ensure the best possible service. These may include Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, or other regional carriers.
  • Service Levels: We offer only standard shipping; no express delivery options are currently available. We're continuously evaluating our logistics partnerships to improve delivery speeds.
  • Partner Performance: We regularly monitor our logistics partners' performance based on delivery timelines, package handling, customer feedback, and tracking accuracy.
  • Special Handling: For fragile, high-value, or oversized items, we use special packaging and may assign dedicated handlers to ensure safe delivery.
Partner Reliability
All our logistics partners are carefully vetted for their track record, insurance coverage, and customer service standards. We maintain regular communication with them to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of any delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Stay informed about your order's journey with our comprehensive tracking system:

  • Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. This usually happens within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
  • Tracking Page: You can easily track the real-time status of your order by visiting our dedicated tracking page at effortmart.com/track-order/ and entering your tracking number or order ID.
  • Tracking Updates: The tracking system provides regular updates including: Order Processed → Dispatched from Warehouse → In Transit → Reached Nearest Hub → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
  • Email/SMS Notifications: You'll receive automatic notifications at key stages: Order confirmation, dispatch notification, out for delivery alert, and delivery confirmation.
  • Delivery Executive Contact: Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive the contact details of the delivery executive along with the estimated delivery time window.
  • Tracking Frequency: Tracking updates are refreshed every 6-8 hours during transit and more frequently (every 1-2 hours) when the package is out for delivery.
Real-Time Tracking
Our tracking system integrates directly with our logistics partners' systems to provide real-time updates. You can see exactly where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.

Delivery Attempts & Acceptance

To ensure successful delivery of your orders, please note the following:

  • Multiple Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make up to three (3) delivery attempts to your provided shipping address. Each attempt will be made on consecutive business days.
  • OTP Authentication: For enhanced security, an OTP (One-Time Password) authentication may be required at the time of delivery. Please ensure you are available or have authorized someone to receive the delivery and provide the OTP if required.
  • Delivery Time Windows: Deliveries usually occur between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. You'll receive a more specific time window (e.g., 10 AM - 1 PM) when the package is out for delivery.
  • Authority to Receive: You can authorize someone else (family member, colleague, security guard) to receive the delivery on your behalf. Ensure they are available during the delivery window.
  • Address Instructions: You can provide delivery instructions during checkout (e.g., "Leave with security", "Call before delivery", "Deliver after 6 PM"). Our delivery executives will try to follow these instructions.
Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts or if you are consistently unavailable, the product may be returned to its origin (EffortMart warehouse or Third-Party Seller). In such cases, the order may be cancelled, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy. Re-shipping may require placing a new order.
Accepting Delivery
Please check the package for any visible damage before accepting delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery or accept it with a remark about the damage. Take photos if possible as evidence.

Damage During Transit

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, here's what to do:

  • Refuse to Accept Delivery: You may refuse to accept the delivery of the damaged product. This is the simplest option. The package will be returned to us, and we'll process a replacement or refund once we receive the returned item.
  • Accept and Report: If you accept the delivery, you must report the damage to EffortMart's support team within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for the detailed process for reporting damaged or defective products, including providing photographic or video evidence.
  • Documentation Required: When reporting damage, please provide:
    • Clear photos of the damaged product from multiple angles
    • Photos of the packaging showing any external damage
    • Your order number and contact details
    • A brief description of the damage
  • Inspection Process: Once reported, our team will initiate an investigation with the logistics partner. This typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Resolution: If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we will arrange for:
    • A replacement shipment at no extra cost
    • Or a full refund if replacement is not possible
    • Free pickup of the damaged item
Evidence is Key
Always take photos/videos of damaged packages before opening them. This evidence is crucial for filing claims with logistics partners and ensuring quick resolution of your case.

Multi-Seller Shipments

When you order multiple items from different sellers on EffortMart:

  • Separate Shipments: If your order contains products from multiple sellers (EffortMart directly and/or different Third-Party Sellers), these items may be shipped separately. Each seller will dispatch their products independently.
  • Multiple Tracking Numbers: You may receive multiple tracking numbers - one for each seller's shipment. All tracking numbers will be available in your order details page.
  • Shipping Charges: If some items have shipping charges and others don't, the charges will be calculated per item. Free shipping on eligible items will still apply.
  • Delivery Timing: Different shipments from different sellers may arrive on different days, depending on their processing times and locations.
  • Partial Refunds: If one item from a multi-seller order is cancelled or returned, it won't affect the shipping of other items. Shipping charges for cancelled items will be refunded if applicable.
  • Combined Shipping: Whenever possible, we try to combine shipments from different sellers to reduce packaging and environmental impact. However, this isn't always possible due to inventory locations.
Order Management
You can view and track each shipment separately in your account. The order summary page will clearly show which items are shipped together and which are coming separately, along with any applicable shipping charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience:

  • Availability: Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option for most products and locations.
  • No Limitations: There are no specific limitations on the maximum order value or specific locations for COD; it is generally available wherever our shipping partners deliver.
  • Exact Change: While our delivery executives carry some change, please try to provide exact change or close to the order amount to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • COD Verification: For high-value COD orders, the delivery executive may request ID verification as an additional security measure.
  • COD to Prepaid: You can convert your COD order to prepaid anytime before dispatch by paying online through your account.
  • COD Charges: There are no additional charges for choosing COD. The price remains the same as for prepaid orders.
  • COD Limits: While there are no hard limits, extremely high-value orders (typically above ₹50,000) may require prepaid payment for security reasons. You'll be informed during checkout if COD isn't available for a particular order.
  • COD Refused: If you refuse a COD delivery after the product arrives, your account may be temporarily restricted from using COD for future orders.
COD Considerations
While COD is convenient, prepaid orders often get priority processing and faster dispatch. Consider paying online for quicker delivery. Also, some exclusive deals or flash sales may be available only for prepaid orders.
