This Refund & Cancellation ("Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions under which orders placed on EffortMart.com (the "Platform"), operated by EFRTMRT INTERNET PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated on December 2024, with its registered address at Rausar Kothi, Sadar, Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India – 242406, may be cancelled.

By placing an order on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation.

Order Cancellation Eligibility

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping: An order can be cancelled at any time before it has been marked as shipped by EffortMart or the respective third-party seller.
  • Within 24 Hours (If Not Shipped): If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it within 24 hours from the time of placing the order, even if the shipment process has begun but dispatch has not occurred.

Important Notice
The 24-hour cancellation window starts from the moment you place your order. After this period, cancellation is only possible if the order hasn't been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Please note that an order cannot be cancelled under the following circumstances:

  • Once Shipped: Once the order has been marked as shipped.
  • Time Limit Exceeded: If 24 hours have crossed from the time of placing the order, regardless of whether it has been shipped or not.
  • Special Products: For any products explicitly mentioned as non-cancellable on their respective product pages (e.g., highly customized items once production begins, digital products once access is granted/downloaded).
Cannot Cancel After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the product after shipping, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return process as per our Return Policy.
Special Product Categories
Certain products like customized items, perishable goods, digital products, and intimate apparel may have specific cancellation restrictions. Always check the product description page for any special cancellation notes.

How to Cancel an Order

To initiate an order cancellation, please follow these steps:

Log in to your EffortMart account, navigate to your "My Account" dashboard, and then go to the "Order Details" page for the specific order you wish to cancel. You will find a cancellation option if the order is eligible for cancellation.

Contact Support (If Option Not Available)

If for any reason you are unable to cancel your order through your account dashboard and believe it is still within the eligible cancellation window, please immediately contact our support team.

Account Dashboard Method
The fastest way to cancel an order is through your account dashboard. The cancellation option will only appear if your order is within the cancellation window and hasn't been shipped yet.
Immediate Contact Required
If you need to cancel an order and the online option isn't available, please contact our support team immediately at +91 9250064987 or email support24@effortmart.com. Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Upon successful cancellation of an eligible order:

  • No Fees: EffortMart does not impose any cancellation fees or deductions on cancelled orders.
  • Refund Processing: The refund process for cancelled orders will follow the same timeline as our Refund & Return Policy. Your refund request will typically be approved within 3 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI).
