This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of products purchased from EffortMart.com (the “Platform”), operated by EFRTMRT Internet Private Limited, incorporated on December 2024, with its registered address at Rausar Kothi, Sadar, Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India – 242406.

This Policy applies to all users (“you” or “User”) who make purchases on the EffortMart Platform, whether the product is sold directly by EffortMart (EFRTMRT Internet Private Limited) or by a third-party seller.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • Pan-India Delivery: We are pleased to offer shipping services all over India.
  • Pincode Serviceability: To check if delivery is available to your specific location, you can enter your pincode on the respective product page.
  • No International Shipping: Currently, EffortMart does not offer international shipping. Deliveries are restricted to addresses within India only.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping & Returns: EffortMart is committed to providing a seamless experience. We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no shipping or return charges for our customers. All such costs are borne entirely by EffortMart, irrespective of whether the product is sold directly by EffortMart or by a Third-Party Seller.
  • There are no conditions (e.g., minimum order value) for availing free shipping.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Schedule: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from the time the order is placed.
  • Working Days: Please note that orders are not processed on Sundays or on public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: For most products, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Product-Specific & Location-Specific Timelines: The exact estimated delivery date for a product to your specific pincode will be clearly displayed on the product page and at the checkout stage. This may vary based on the product category, stock availability, and your delivery location (e.g., metros vs. remote areas).
  • Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, public holidays, logistical challenges, or other events beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, we will endeavour to inform you promptly about the revised delivery schedule. EffortMart shall not be liable for any delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Shipping Partner

  • EffortMart primarily partners with RapidShyp for all shipping and delivery services across India.
  • We offer only standard shipping; no express delivery options are currently available.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number.
  • Tracking Page: You can easily track the real-time status of your order by visiting our dedicated tracking page at effortmart.com/track-order/ and entering your tracking number or order ID.

7. Delivery Attempts & Acceptance

  • Multiple Attempts: Our courier partners will typically make up to three (3) delivery attempts to your provided shipping address.
  • OTP Authentication: For enhanced security, an OTP (One-Time Password) authentication may be required at the time of delivery. Please ensure you are available or have authorized someone to receive the delivery.
  • Failed Delivery: If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts or if you are consistently unavailable, the product may be returned to its origin (EffortMart warehouse or Third-Party Seller). In such cases, the order may be cancelled, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy. Re-shipping may require placing a new order.
  • Accepting Delivery: Please check the package for any visible damage before accepting delivery.

8. Damage During Transit

  • If you receive a product that appears to be damaged during transit, you have two options:
    • Refuse to Accept Delivery: You may refuse to accept the delivery of the damaged product.
    • Accept and Report: If you accept the delivery, you must report the damage to EffortMart’s support team within 24 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for the detailed process for reporting damaged or defective products, including providing photographic or video evidence.

9. Multi-Seller Shipments

  • If your order contains products from multiple sellers (EffortMart directly and/or different Third-Party Sellers), these items may be shipped separately.
  • Rest assured, regardless of the number of shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees, as all shipping costs are covered by EffortMart.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option.
  • There are no specific limitations on the maximum order value or specific locations for COD; it is generally available wherever our shipping partners deliver.
